Join DCMAND in learning about performance nutrition on Thursday, November 29th with Joanne Villaflor, MS, RD, CSSD, LD.
Joanne Villaflor specializes in tactical nutrition for military special operations forces and nutrition periodization and ergogenic aids. She will discuss her interests and share the importance of nutrition in the military performance and athletes in general. Supplements, post-training and recovery, fueling and her experience across the country and what it takes to be a dietitian in her field, new areas of professional opportunity, professional tips, and resources will also be shared. A presentation and Q & A to follow.
